By Train

This was forwarded to me by email...

Dear Dad,

Berlin is wonderful, people are nice and I really like it here. But Dad I’m a bit ashamed to arrive to my college with my Red Ferrari, when all my Teacher travel by train.

Your Son,
Nasser

Sometime later Nesser gets reply to his email from his Dad..

Loving Son,

Twenty Million Dollars been transferred to your account, please stop embarrassing us. Go and get yourself a train too

Hakuna Matata

I grew up loving the Lion King and its characters, most especially Timon and Pumba who taught the world about Hakuna Matata.

Imagine my surprise when I saw this pic of a real Timon and Pumba. :)

A lot of skeptics have dismissed it as edited or photoshopped but I honestly don't care. I love the picture, and I believe that Hakuna Matata can be real.

Crazy Frog

Day 25 of the 30 Day Song Challenge - A song that makes you laugh

A song that makes me laugh is Crazy Frog's rendition of Axel F. Crazy Frog's face is already very funny itself, so if you add the funny song, the music video is double the laughs. Axel F is the theme from the movie, Beverly Hills Cop with Eddie Murphy. When Harold Faltermeyer made the song in 1984, I bet he didn't have any idea that 11 years after, an ugly frog will be remixing his music.

Pawned

This was going around in Facebook so I don't know who made this. Wherever this originated, it was wonderfully done.

Evolution of Dance

Day 21 of the 30 Day Song Challenge - A song that you listen to when you’re happy

There's no song in particular that I listen to when I'm happy, but I would prefer songs that are up-tempo or that are inspirational, songs like You Raise Me Up (Josh Groban's version) or Impossible Dream (Jed Madela's rendition).

Speaking of happy, there's this dance mix composed of different dance hits that was made especially for Vhong Navarro and the Streetboys. I like to listen and watch his when I'm happy, or when I'm down so I can brighten up.

Twilight Zone

Day 18 of the 30 Day Challenge - Whatever Tickles Your Fancy

I got this picture passed around Facebook but I don't know who or when this was made. Now I haven't seen nor I have any plans of watching Twilight or New Moon, but I love this picture for the sole reason that my favorite vampire is here: The Daywalker or more popularly known as Blade.

After Blade is done with these lovebirds, there will be no more Eclipse movie to be shown this year. :)

Iced Tea

I had my short lunch break at 3:30 AM since my shift started at 9:30 PM. I was very sleepy when I went to KFC, but my short conversation with the girl at the counter was enough to wake me up.

Me : Two-piece Original Recipe chicken please.

Girl : That also comes with drinks, sir. What drink do you want?

Me : Coke Zero.

Girl : We only have Pepsi products.

Me : Oh. In that case, can I have Pepsi, please?

Girl : I'm sorry sir, only iced tea is available.

Me : Okay, then I'll just have the iced tea.

Girl : So for your drinks, your order is iced tea?

Me : Uhm, yeah? Do I have a choice?

Girl : We just have iced tea for today, sir.

Unbelievable!

And I thought conversations like those only happen in the movies.
