I first saw this almost 3 years ago when I was just starting in the call center industry. The descriptions fit me except two things: the jacket thingie only because people in our office keep turning the aircons off that's why I don't bring a jacket anymore; and the "coffee reigns as king" thingie since I don't drink coffee that much anymore (I used to when I was younger), just iced tea or plain water while in the office.
